Our Security Guarantee
Yummy Memories uses the latest in SSL Encryption. Both our
website and domain run on a Secure Server and Socket Layer
so that your credit card and personal information will be
encrypted to protect it from being intercepted or hacked.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not
sell or distribute any of the information you submit to
third parties without your permission. We do offer a free
email subscription so that we may inform you of new products
and specials, but will not use your permission for such
emails to sell your information to a third party.
Kosher
While Yummy Memories is not under any kosher supervision,
our brother company Marlow™ Candy is under the supervision
of the OU. This allows us to carry an extensive line of
their packaged kosher products. Throughout our website we
denote acceptable kosher products with a K (kosher pareve)
or KD (kosher dairy). The supervisions which we accept as
“good” are the following: OU, KofK, Star-K and
CRC. We will gladly oblige any requests for copies of kosher
certification letters. If you have any questions please

Shipping, Delivery
& Messenger Services
We currently offer the following services, so that your
package(s) arrive safely to their destination(s):
- UPS Nationwide: Standard Ground, 2-Day Air and Overnight.
Items being shipped during the months of May-September
must be sent Overnight or 2-Day Air.
- Local Delivery (Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Teaneck
and Leonia): $7.00 flat rate per address
- Messenger to NYC (Manhattan ONLY): $35.00 flat rate
per address
We apologize for the inconvenience but these services are
only available Monday-Friday.
Shipping Rates
Yummy Memories ships all packages via UPS Nationwide.
Standard Ground, 2-Day Air and Overnight shipping is available.
We highly recommend that perishable items being shipped
during the months of May-September be sent Overnight or
2-Day Air. Yummy Memories will ship your package via the
method you request, however we will not be held responsible
if your package arrives damaged from heat due to your shipping
method choice.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the perishable
nature of your package or to inquire about Overnight and
2-Day Air rates, please contact a customer service representative
at shipping@yummymemories.net.
Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect or
incomplete shipping addresses will incur a $5.00 correction
fee per address. Please refer to the following rate table
when calculating shipping costs:

Returns
While customer satisfaction is extremely important
to us, due to the perishable nature of our products all
orders are considered FINAL when they are placed and are
not subject to return or cancellation.

Wholesale
As a leader in the industry, Yummy Memories has been serving
the community for over two decades. We offer an extensive
line of products at wholesale prices for qualifying resellers.
We require a $125 minimum order in full case quantities.
All new accounts are C.O.D. until credit has been approved.
All orders are F.O.B. our Englewood, NJ, factory. We do
not accept returns on seasonal merchandise or open products.
Everyday items may not be returned unless due to manufacturer’s
defects. Please email a wholesale representative at wholesale@yummymemories.net
for more information.
